Quality Policy
EnviroMist® imports, exports and manufactures products that are consistently high quality in accordance with customer requirements. Careful consideration is given to the quality of our suppliers and the products in accordance with the standard outlined in ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. The goal of the company is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
We are committed to the following:
- Complying with the requirements of ISO9001:2015, all statutory requirements, codes of practice, industry standards, contractual requirements and EnviroMist Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.
To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented:
- Our sales and design process will fully identify requirements and ensure that the correct procedures are followed to avoid misunderstanding. We advise clients of the best alternative options, where appropriate;
- We consult with employees, contractors and other stakeholders to improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System and review the Quality Management System at least annually;
- The Quality Policy shall also be reviewed annually prior to our annual Internal Audit;
- We ensure quality management principles are included in all organisational planning activities, i.e. Management Review Meetings, induction training and ongoing education and training to all our employees;
- We ensure that all staff and contractors are trained and competent in the tasks they perform;
- We establish objectives that are realistic, achievable and measurable then review performance against objectives at least annually in the Management Review Meeting;
- We create performance reports and review the Improvement Register quarterly. Root causes of issues will be determined, and preventative and/or further corrective actions will be determined, assigned to responsible officers and implemented.
